Smashed Berry-Infused Salmon Salad over Garlic Roasted Couscous
I have been following Weight Watchers for approximately 9 months and decided to switch to their "Core" plan instead of "Flex." Core involves eating unprocessed, natural and lean foods in moderation, until satisfaction. There is no "Point" counting, per se, when eating "Core" foods. I developed this recipe with food I had at home, and wow, I have to say, it turned out GREAT. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Succhtayn allah albee! Norwegian Salmon Roulade
This was posted for the Zaar World Tour 2006! I adapted the recipe from www.marions-kochbuch.de. Let me know how you like it! It will keep, wrapped, for 2-3 days in the fridge, which makes it a good dish to serve at parties, as you can prepare it in advance. The flavours blend and really come out after a day or two. Prep time does not include time it takes to chill. -- posted by -Sylvie-
Summertime Salmon Salad
We ate salmon prepared like this when I was a kid and it was too darn hot to use the oven or stovetop. I’ve modified and added to the original salmon mixture to make a meal- type salad that we enjoy as a lighter dinner. Serve with some crusty rolls and a glass of chilled white wine and enjoy!Recipe doubles ( or more ) easily.Cook time is chilling time. — posted by Leslie in Texas
Cajun Salmon Fillets
This is almost the only way I eat salmon. Note: I find this dish spicier when baked than when grilled. I use a frozen wild whole salmon fillet cut into about 6 pieces; feel free to use fresh salmon or whatever cut you like. If using salmon steaks, I would brush the seasoning on both sides. -- posted by LUv 2 BaKE
Smoked Salmon Pinwheels or Baguette Slices
These taste great and also look really nice. This recipe is really good with the ingredients layered on top of thin baguette slices or rolled up in the tortillas, whatever you're in the mood for. -- posted by Babzy
