White Fish Provencal

This recipe comes together easily and is tasty. I've used orange roughy and mahi mahi fillets with success. This is a revised recipe for health from the Saturday Evening Post: The Mediterranean Diet. -- posted by Southern Lady

Good Ol’ English-Style Beer-Battered Fish ‘n Chips

This is a delicious recipe for fish and chips, the old-fashioned English way. White cod is the preferred fish, but flounder works nicely too. -- posted by Nicole Marciano

Ww Core Sole

I found this some time ago but it works for Core. You may have to count the Parmesan, depends on if you you use fat free or not. I do this in the toaster oven. -- posted by Chef #290998

Nanny’s Stuffed Flounder 5 Star Family Favorite

This is one of the many recipes from my grandmothers cookbook. She passed away in May of 2005 and I am recording her wonderful recipes for my family and the many generations that will follow. I hope you enjoy her recipes as much as we do. I have not made each one yet-so cooking time and servings may vary. Blessings from FOURMRANCHWIFE in Texas. Sole (Or Flounder) With Red Chile Garlic Salsa (Pescado Rojo)

Originally from the Rio Cafe, Astoria, Oregon, and modified from "The Northwest Best Places Cookbook". I was looking for a Sole recipe that was a little more spicy than your average butter and herb sauce. Goes well with beans and rice. Flounder will work just as well. -- posted by Misspudding

Flounder With Spinach and Feta

From a recipe card in the market. Sounds tasty but I haven't made it yet. -- posted by Oohlala
