Tati’s Hot Crab Dip

My daughter was begging for lobster but it was too expensive so I bought a can of crab from Trader Joe’s and she and I came up with a delicious crab dip recipe. She picked the ingredients and I chose the amounts. Since most crab dips contain ingredients that she does not like, I told her to tell me what she wanted in it and it was yummy! She wanted me to share the recipe with you. — posted by Jociecee

Crunchy Tuna Cat Treats

These little cat cookies are the perfect treat for your feline friend - easy and inexpensive to whip up, and probably much healthier and lower in salt than commercial pet treats. My kitty loves them! They are the purrrfect way to show your cat you love him/her this Christmas :) -- posted by zoetrope

Tuna Tortellini Salad

A change of pace from a standard tuna salad. Line your serving bowl with salad greens and garnish with Parmesan cheese curls made by ‘peeling’ a piece of Parmesan cheese with a vegetable peeler. — posted by Annacia

Scampi Ala Doloresa

I created this dish just by experimenting with different flavors and ingredients that I happened to have on hand. It came out so delicious that my husband insisted it was the best thing he ever tasted and I should name it after myself. So here it is! — posted by Dee Royale

Grilled Mussels With Shallot Sauce

From a supermarket recipe card. Need a grill wok or basket to make these. You can also use an aluminum foil lined grill rack. -- posted by Oolala

Creamed Salmon Tarts

Cream cheese and salmon in a tart. Another experiment for the holiday season. My daughter loves salmon in any form, so she really likes these. — posted by gator’s mom

Roasted Scallops or Shrimp With Tomato

A lovely recipe for shellfish lovers to have on hand for a small dinner get-together. Great with "Sauce Choron"! If you prep the fresh tomatoes and seafood ahead of time it goes together quickly. I first made this for best friends & it was an instant hit. Good with angel hair pasta. Notes: You want peeled, deveined shrimp, preferably extra-large or large. If scallops, sea or bay scallops. I like to omit the ground cayenne and substitute 2 tsp. ("Flora" brand) Hot Crushed Peppers. -- posted by Gammy#3

Shrimp and Basiled Pasta

My family loves this recipe, and I love it because it is so fast and easy to make! (Note: Most any pasta can be used. I prefer linguini or spaghetti.) — posted by Mareesme
