I was on a short trip to Montreal and while there visited this lovely Italian Bistro. This is the dish I ordered and it was so delicious and bursting with flavour, I dreamt about it for 2 weeks. San Francisco Vanilla Shrimp
Shrimp with vanilla to bring out it's sweetness and pepper flakes to punch up the flavor. A very nice appetizer. Found in the paper. I coulnd't wait to try it. I did and had to post it here ASAP! Prep time does not include marinading time. -- posted by Aprincessmom
