I read Derf's "Spiced Salmon" recipe (#137983) with interest since it also uses chutney as I do, but we prefer our salmon grilled. I use this marinade all day & also use it for a sauce I make while my husband grills the salmon. We love this & the combination of the salmon & the marinade sauce has been a big hit with our friends. -- posted by twissis
Chicken Fried Steak With Fried Oysters and Cream Gravy
Another great chicken fired steak recipe from Emeril. You don't HAVE to include the oysters, it's still wonderful, but they add that special Emeril flare and taste delish! -- posted by KathyP53
Tuna Seviche
Trying to get all of my loved recipes (plus some to still try) posted here at Zaar for my grandkids. This is one that my late husband and I loved in the summertime. It is so refreshing. The only change to update is the V-8 juice. Cook time is chill time. -- posted by Happy Harry #2
Seafood Coconut Soup
Adapted from a free recipe from my local market. If you want, substitute raw for boiled shrimp; peel and devein it and add it with the scallops. You can substitute frozen snow peas, thawed, for the fresh ones and 3 cups canned or homemade vegetable broth for the vegetable bouillon. Alter the amount of garlic to suit your taste. -- posted by echo echo
Tuna Dogs
Children truly love these. They're perfect for a birthday party or a backyard picnic and look very festive in their firecracker-style wrappers. -- posted by Happy Harry #2
Mexican Tuna Samdwich Bake
This came from a very old cookbook that no longer has a cover. My son, as a teenager, love this and had me make it for some of his football team. They just inhaled it! I did not include the standing time in the recipe. -- posted by Happy Harry #2
Quick Tuna Bisque
There is nothing more annoying then walking in the door after a hard day and having the family "jump" you for dinner "right now" Here is a fast and yet tasty tummy filler. -- posted by Happy Harry #2
Tuna Enchilada Casserole
This is very filling, easy to prepare and inexpensive. It came from a cookbook that I got at a garage sale for 99 cents. It has no cover and is over 30yrs. old. I made this frequently when both my husband and I were at the university...and had two kids! Money was very tight and this recipe was a hit. I have updated to make a bit healthier. -- posted by Happy Harry #2
Tuna Half Moons
This was a recipe that I made with my Girl Scout troop when teaching them some cooking methods.Of course, since THEY made them, they LOVED them. Actually, so did I! -- posted by Happy Harry #2
Tuna and Tomato Quickie
This is another recipe from an old 99 cent, coverless cookbook which is over 30yrs old.
It is from a time when every penny was needed, and a little had to go a long, long way. Oh, and BTW, my kids scoffed it down! -- posted by Happy Harry #2
